James Spann reminded us today that it was 10 yrs ago that hurricane Ivan hit the gulf. We headed home before Ivan arrived. We had spent a few days with Mark and Kathy in Orange Beach.
While there I came to realize something was not right with this (then 70 yr) old body; I could not walk on the beach.
I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and shortly thereafter had surgery on six of the seven vertebra in my neck. The damage was already done and life has not been the same.

September 25th I will be 80. GOD IS SOVEREIGN. He is working His plan.
