Carolyns Death

This blog is about Carolyn. As many of you know Carolyn has experienced many problems with her heart for a number of years. In the past two or three years the problems have become more severe with a number of hospitalizations .

In September of 2015 it became necessary for us to move in with our  daughter Kathy. We had come to the place where we could no longer care for each other.  She was in the hospital in September and again in November for an arteriogram. After consulting with a number of doctors it was decided that open heart surgery would be the best option. She was becoming weaker each day.

On November 9th Carolyn underwent open heart surgery . The surgery was successful but after many days in CICU she developed pneumonia which was the cause of her death on November 28th 2015. She was in intensive care for 20 days.

I miss her so much but I am thankful to know that she is with our Lord and, that I will join her soon.

My sweetheart!
